Admission
LakePoint Sports is a cashless campus and only accepts card and mobile payments.
For spectators, an admission fee may be required for entrance into the specific competition areas of LakePoint Sports. Admission prices vary depending upon the specific event and venue. For some events, length-of-event wristbands may be available for purchase. Check individual event inforomation for pricing details.
Registration & Check-in
Before arriving at LakePoint Sports, guests will receive information packets that will include details about where and when your team should check-in for your event. Please ensure you have completed all required paperwork and allowed ample time ahead of your first game before checking in.
Food & Beverage
LakePoint Sports is a cashless campus and only accepts card and mobile payments.
Due to the quality and maintenance needs of the synthetic turf at LakePoint Sports, peanuts with shells, sunflower seeds, and gum are strictly prohibited. LakePoint Sports guests will not be permitted to bring outside food and drink or glass containers to the Baseball Village Champions Center of Publix Fields.
At the Baseball Village and Publix Fields, Guests are allowed to bring a personal refillable thermos for hydration (16 qt or less) and coolers that will fit into a 20”x18”x12” space. Coolers are not permitted at the Champions Center.
Players are also allowed to bring in individual drinks. Food and Beverage service is available for all guests.
Filming Notice and Use of Personal Cameras
Please be advised that filming is occurring during events and you may be recorded.
Please note the following:
By entering each venue on campus, you irrevocably consent to and authorize LP LakePoint Land, LLC, its affiliates and their successors, assigns, and licensees, to recordings of you and to use said recordings in, for worldwide exploitation in perpetuity in any and all media for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to advertisements and promotions. All such recordings, images, and sound taken from such recordings shall be the sole property of LakePoint Land, LLC, and you release LakePoint Land, LLC and its affiliates from any and all liability on account of such usage.
If you do not wish to be filmed, please do not enter any venue on campus. Thank you for your cooperation.
Also, cameras, phones and other recording devices are not allowed to be attached or affixed to field netting behind home plate or anywhere along baselines at the Baseball Village.
Cleat Policy at Baseball Village
Metal cleats are strictly prohibited at all times in cages, scout towers or on the fields — no exceptions. Players will be asked to change into either molded cleats, turfs or other acceptable athletic shoes. Non-compliance will result in ejection of player(s), and any damages may result in repair charges and could jeopardize a team or organization’s future rentals.
Batting Cage Etiquette
Helmets MUST BE WORN by all players, at all times in batting cages. No exceptions. Violators will be asked to leave by LakePoint staff.
Baseball Village Access
Gates will be open 1 hour prior to practices and 1.5 hours prior to games at the Baseball Village. Cages/fields are only available to teams currently contracted for that particular timeframe and field, or as a participant in that day’s tournament.
Private lessons are not allowed, except as part of the team’s contracted daily rental, and limited to the specific contracted field/cage and time.
Unauthorized personnel are NOT allowed in Scout Towers at any time.
Weather
The top priority for LakePoint Sports is the safety of our guests. In the event of lightning or other severe weather conditions, events will be stopped at outdoor venues, and guests will be directed by announcements along with LakePoint Sports team members to secure zones, until it is safe to resume play. Please refer to event information on specific inclement weather policies for your event.
Pets & Animals
Pets are not allowed inside at any of LakePoint Sports’ venues. Legitimate service animals may be allowed with an explanation of assistance from owner.
Tents and Chairs
Tents are allowed at the multi-use fields and the beach volleyball pavilion only. Please note that tents cannot be staked into the turf on the multi-use fields. Lawn chairs are allowed in the Baseball Village, Beach Pavilion and Multi-purpose fields. Lawn chairs are not permitted in the Champions Center.
Drugs & Alcohol
To protect the safety, health, and well being of LakePoint Sports guests, outside alcohol or drugs of any kind are strictly prohibited, with the exception of prescribed medication.
Tobacco
Smoking or other use of tobacco products including, but not limited to, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, pipes, cigars, snuff, or chewing tobacco is not permitted on the LakePoint Sports campus.
Conduct
All LakePoint Sports guests are expected to exhibit sportsmanship and respect for others on campus. Any physical, verbal and/or emotional abuse will not be tolerated and may result in the individual(s) being asked to leave.
Inappropriate/offensive music and profanity will not be tolerated.
Skateboards, Scooters, & Bicycles
Non-medical scooters, skateboards and remote-controlled vehicles (including video drones) are not allowed on campus, except by authorized personnel. Bicycles are permitted only within the designated areas.
Tailgating
LakePoint Sports guests are not to partake in any form of tailgating before any event held on campus.
RV Parking
LakePoint Sports does not allow RV Parking overnight.
Drones
To protect the safety and well being of LakePoint Sports visitors and athletes, the flight of drones on campus is strictly prohibited.
Sidewalk chalk
Sidewalk chalk, markers and paint not allowed on the LakePoint Sports campus.
